How to convert FetchXML to SQL (FetchXML2SQL)
A very simple hack to convert your FetchXml to SQL is to use the XRMToolbox
and the FetchXML builder
I find it very useful if I have to build complex queries with aggregates and AND/OR Statements
1. Download latest version of XRMToolbox
2. Install FetchXML builder if you have not already done so
3. Build the FetchXML Query and do a save SQL Query
